Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration: Ensure data accuracy, security, and stability within the HRIS system (UKG).
- Data Governance: Maintain data governance standards and develop best practices for data security and access.
- Data & Reporting: Partner with HR teams on KPI projects, dashboard creation, and ad hoc data requests.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS users, including system operations and personalization.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain procedures for system administration and self-service report generation.
- Data Security: Develop and communicate data security practices for system users.
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly and annual reporting for HR and Finance teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR functional leaders and business partners to align system functionality with organizational needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
- Required: Experience with Power BI and UKG HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management software suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with general HR processes and workflows is a plus.
