Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Administration: Ensure data accuracy, security, and stability within the HRIS system (UKG).
  • Data Governance: Maintain data governance standards and develop best practices for data security and access.
  • Data & Reporting: Partner with HR teams on KPI projects, dashboard creation, and ad hoc data requests.
  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS users, including system operations and personalization.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain procedures for system administration and self-service report generation.
  • Data Security: Develop and communicate data security practices for system users.
  • Reporting: Contribute to monthly and annual reporting for HR and Finance teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR functional leaders and business partners to align system functionality with organizational needs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
  • Required: Experience with Power BI and UKG HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management software suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with general HR processes and workflows is a plus.
