Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee customs entries and compliance for import shipments.
• Handle all aspects of FTZ operations, including filings, documentation, and compliance with regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact with CBP for audits, inquiries, and FTZ-related activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of customs documentation, including entries and declarations.
• Provide guidance to clients on customs regulations, FTZ compliance, and duty minimization strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on changes to customs laws, FTZ regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist with client onboarding and training related to FTZ processes.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Customs Broker License.
• Proven experience in customs brokerage and FTZ operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, tariff classifications, and import/export processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs software; knowledge of FTZ-specific platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
