Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Freight Management: Oversee air and ocean freight operations, from import/export coordination to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• CargoWise Proficiency: Utilize CargoWise to manage documentation, track shipments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers, steamship lines, and airlines to secure the best deals for clients.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with steamship lines, airlines, and other key stakeholders in the logistics network.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in air and ocean freight logistics, particularly in end-to-end import/export operations.
• CargoWise Expertise: Proficiency with CargoWise or similar logistics platforms for shipment tracking, documentation, and compliance.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of rate negotiations, contract management, and relationship building with steamship lines and airlines.
• Career Stability: Proven track record of stability, with a minimum of 2 years tenure in your most recent position.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
