Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Handle employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Drive employee engagement, development, and training initiatives to enhance team productivity and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper use of HRIS systems, such as UltiPro.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource management, including 3 years in a legal environment.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software, with experience in UltiPro preferred.
