Location: Aventura, FL 33180
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Type of Role: Full-Time, Temp to perm In-Office
Hourly Rate: $19 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. This essential role is responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including managing conference room bookings.
Maintain accurate visitor and call logs.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-desk role preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with phone systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Warm, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Organization Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Other Requirements: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
