Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and initiatives that support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs
• Design and execute policies for organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, including compensation and benefit systems, classification structures, recruitment, employee development and training and performance management
• Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ of experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
