About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The VP of Sales will also be involved in business development, and client relationship management, and will play a key role in the overall success of the company.Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of senior sales leadership experience, with a strong background in business-to-business sales. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A successful candidate will have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and a Master's degree is a plus.
