About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the next phase of its growth journey. This critical leadership role is focused on driving company-wide revenue growth, managing regional sales leaders, and ensuring the alignment of the sales function with long-term objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive revenue generation strategies, accelerating new customer acquisition, and maximizing expansion revenues. A data-driven and analytical mindset is essential for this position, as is the ability to lead, coach, and manage large sales teams, preferably in multi-regional or global markets.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include establishing and tracking progress against revenue targets, analyzing market dynamics, and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of sales. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and product development to maximize revenue potential and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth or enterprise environment. Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills are a must, as is a strong understanding of sales technologies and processes.
