Role: Benefits Coordinator (Human Resources Team)

Pay Rate: $40.00/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Our client, a global leader in streaming entertainment, is looking for a contractor to support the day-to-day administration of their benefit programs. Key responsibilities include billing and payment management, enrollment and eligibility processing, and managing reporting requirements. This is a full-time, one-year contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Billing Support-Review and verify invoices, collaborate with AP and FinOps for payment and PO management.
- Payroll Reporting
- Eligibility and Enrollment Management- Manage eligibility, enrollment, and HSA funding, resolving discrepancies in Workday
- Benefits Team Reporting
- Workflow and Knowledge Management
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of HR or similar experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage different processes efficiently and with high degrees of accuracy and completeness
- Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment, tact, and discretion
- Sound understanding of HR or benefits standard methodologies for finance and records management
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Experience working in Benefits or Healthcare industry is a plus
