Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations for a workforce of 500 employees, handling 5-10 open cases, including documented cases and lawsuits.
• 3-5 years of employee relations experience, preferably in a non-profit organization. Must have experience handling high volume and highly confidential matters with discretion.
• Proficiency in Paycom or similar HRIS and experience working with legal counsel. Must be level-headed, resilient, patient, and able to handle unreasonable situations without getting flustered.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
