RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Fundraising Materials
• Prepare and update the monthly investor presentation, one page fact sheets, due diligence questionnaires, trade example and portfolio analytics book
Database Management
• Optimize and maintain CRM system with accurate investor information databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Manage and update the CRM system for accurate tracking of investor interactions
• Prepare and distribute monthly performance email
• Coordinate and prepare responses to existing and potential investor inquiries and due diligence questionnaires
Data Analysis
• Monitor and analyze CRM data to generate insightful reports on fundraising efforts
Research
• Conduct background research on potential investors, including their investment history and public profiles
Project Coordination
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all team members are aligned and deadlines are met
Website and Social Media Management
• Draft and create content for company website
• Regularly update and maintain company website and manage social media profiles
Email Communications
• Draft, send, and follow up on email communications with potential and existing investors
Meeting Coordination
• Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with investors and internal teams
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes, documenting action items for follow-up
Road Show Support
• Handle complex travel arrangements and logistics for Marketing Team
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Finance/Capital Markets Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Business, Finance. or a related field
• Polished and highly articulate with superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Extremely high acumen in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, in addition to all current graphic tools (i.e. Canva)
• Superior interpersonal skills, with a solid ability to effectively collaborate with team members and investors
• Assertive, action oriented, confident, upbeat, and able to work in time constrained situations (or something like this)
