Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable
Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities - Provide accurate product or service information and assist customers with understanding features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to answer questions effectively.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document and update customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
