Singnala is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a vital part of our organization, you will handle a variety of inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Process customer orders and handle billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
