We are seeking a litigation attorney for a law firm in the Troy area. This role will focus on representing businesses in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business law, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and a proven track record of success in litigation.

• 3+ years of experience
• Conduct thorough case investigations, including gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting legal research, and interviewing witnesses.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on business-related legal issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State of Michigan
