  • HR Program Implementation : Lead key HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, training, and professional development.
  • Compliance & Investigations : Ensure regional compliance with HR laws and regulations (California and Federal), conduct internal investigations, and manage payroll and time reporting processes.
  • Team Supervision : Manage and mentor regional HR staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and opportunities for development.
  • Employee Support : Foster positive workplace relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide clear communication on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration : Work with central HR teams and other HRBPs to share best practices and implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist) with a focus on employee relations and change management.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of California and Federal HR regulations (e.g., Wage & Hour, Title VII, FMLA, CFRA, ADA).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work at all organizational levels.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Impactful Work : Support the mission by enhancing employee experiences and driving organizational success.
  • Professional Growth : Develop your leadership skills through challenging projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Community Connection : Build relationships with managers and staff who are passionate about supporting others and making a difference.
