As an HRBP, you’ll play a key role in partnering with regional management teams to align people strategies with organizational goals. You’ll provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development—all while driving impactful change initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with the Regional Management team to develop and execute people strategies that align with organizational goals and regional needs.
- Leadership Development : Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on employee relations, talent management, and performance improvement.
- HR Program Implementation : Lead key HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, training, and professional development.
- Compliance & Investigations : Ensure regional compliance with HR laws and regulations (California and Federal), conduct internal investigations, and manage payroll and time reporting processes.
- Team Supervision : Manage and mentor regional HR staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and opportunities for development.
- Employee Support : Foster positive workplace relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide clear communication on organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaboration : Work with central HR teams and other HRBPs to share best practices and implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist) with a focus on employee relations and change management.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of California and Federal HR regulations (e.g., Wage & Hour, Title VII, FMLA, CFRA, ADA).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work at all organizational levels.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
