Location: Plano, TX- 2 days per week onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Treasury Operations group. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our middle office operations, handling various financial instruments and ensuring smooth settlement processes. The position offers an opportunity to work with complex financial products while contributing to the organization's treasury management excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily review, confirmation, research, and settlement for brokered certificates of deposit (BCD)
  • Manage domestic debt operations including agency securities, treasury bonds, and municipal bonds
  • Handle derivatives operations including swaps and swap clearing
  • Oversee wholesale deposits processing and verification
  • Manage the daily Collateral Support Annex (CSA) margin call process
  • Execute monthly ABS servicing requirements
  • Create and maintain operational procedures and respond to group communications
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal cash flows and external party data
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management


Required Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance (mandatory) or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years of relevant treasury operations experience
  • Demonstrated experience in daily treasury operations, confirmation, and settlement
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting, and formulas
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Wall Street Suite or similar treasury platforms
  • Working knowledge of brokered certificates of deposit (BCD)
  • Knowledge of treasury products including agencies, UST, bonds, and derivatives
  • Previous experience in automotive or financial services industry
  • Experience working in a global organization


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance required


Pay & Benefits Summary

  • Competitive hourly rate: $40-41 per hour
