Our client is a multi-million-dollar leader in the Packaging Industry. We are partnering with them on a Plant Manager role near the Pennsylvania/New York border. (Robust relocation package is offered.) The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall manufacturing of the organization, including Process Improvement, Quality, and direct P&L. He or she will oversee all operational programs and expenditures, production efficiency, and support strategic customer initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of Senior Manufacturing Management experience with direct P&L responsibility in a high-volume manufacturing facility
• Proven experience in budget management, driving efficiencies and cost reduction
• Track record of success developing KPI’s, and CI initiatives
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
