A growing and collaborative financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team. Specializing in financial planning, 401K plans, IRA accounts, and rollovers, this firm is expanding its team of seven to support its continued growth. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, responding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage account setups, maintenance, and compliance-related tasks in collaboration with the Broker-Dealer.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks, including document management, record-keeping, and CRM updates.
- Assist with workflow management and projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve client issues related to account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and new business processing.
- Guide clients on accessing and managing accounts online.
- Maintain accurate client files while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Research and resolve client issues effectively and follow up as needed.
Key Requirements
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience , including: 2 years in client service and 2 years in financial services (insurance experience preferred).
- BA/BS degree preferred , or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (experience with Redtail CRM is a plus).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under deadlines.
Work Environment:
- In-office, 5 days per week – no remote work.
