About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Operations to provide comprehensive oversight of one or more practices, ensuring operational control, financial strength, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire P&L of the practices, developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, and acting as a senior-level consultant. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and the ability to lead through influence and relationship building. The SVP will also be involved in negotiating contracts, integrating operational and financial decisions, and leading the executive management team.Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 7-15 years' management experience in a related setting. A strong background in leadership, project management, budgeting, and strategy implementation is essential.
