About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its multi-family division. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing regional property managers and staff in all aspects of property, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations to ensure the achievement of the company's global financial, business, and customer service objectives. This role involves developing and executing tactical plans for the property management division, providing leadership and management to the team, and overseeing the financial performance of the property portfolio. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a positive team culture, optimizing operational strategies, and enhancing the resident experience.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, property management, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years' progressive residential property management experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial performance, operational results, and staff development, as well as experience with institutional-quality management firms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with property management software and real estate technology platforms is highly preferred. The role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and travel regularly to various properties.
