The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Equity Research with a focus on the REIT sector. Responsibilities include overseeing the equity research process, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with other teams to cultivate client relationships.The position is highly collaborative, with a significant portion of time dedicated to working with other teams and client engagement.Applicants for the Managing Director position must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. The role requires a minimum of 10 years' of experience in equity research, particularly within the REIT sector, and a proven track record in the field. The candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets and securities analysis, excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry contacts.The ideal candidate will have a partner track background, likely with 7 years' of experience on the buyside, sellside, or within the industry, and must demonstrate strong critical thinking and valuation skills.
