About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the development and execution of community outreach initiatives, and managing the ongoing operations of medical office spaces and provider contractual relationships. This role involves comprehensive oversight of various service lines, including clinical care, specialty care, primary care, and behavioral health. The Executive Director will also be tasked with expanding service line offerings, enhancing operational efficiency, boosting staff engagement, and mentoring team members for future leadership roles.Ideal candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' experience in an ambulatory care or physician practice setting, with at least 10 years of leadership experience. The role requires a leader with extensive clinical oversight experience, strong organizational skills, outstanding communication, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The Executive Director will be expected to make critical decisions that consider the needs of both the organization and the staff, and to focus on standardizing processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the service lines.
