About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Nursing and Health Professions. The successful candidate will serve as the Chief Academic Officer, providing visionary and strategic leadership for the College and its programs. This role involves overseeing all operational aspects, including budget management, faculty and staff supervision, and ensuring that the College's programs meet current standards and the healthcare needs of the community. The Dean will also be responsible for fostering academic planning, innovating curricular and scholarly development, and maintaining relationships with clinical partners and affiliating agencies. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Nursing and Health Professions should hold a PhD, EdD, or other terminal academic or professional degree from an accredited institution.
