About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Products to lead the strategic development of its software product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new growth areas, defining product strategies, and expanding market share through the creation of innovative and competitive software solutions. This role is both strategic and technical, requiring extensive industry experience and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The SVP of Products will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and will be a key player in ensuring that the company's digital software platform meets the growing needs of customers and the market.Candidates for the SVP of Products position at the company should be strategic thinkers with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Essential requirements include a university degree in a relevant field, extensive knowledge of product marketing, project management, and software engineering practices, and in-depth experience in product management and marketing principles. The role demands a dynamic individual with strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills, who can effectively represent the company in matters of digital software innovation. The SVP of Products will also be responsible for managing a large team across multiple international geographies and must have a strong background in document management, customer communication management, and/or financial technology markets.
