About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Physician Services to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the strategic planning process for the medical group, including the creation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and financial performance. This role involves co-leading the Physician Leadership Council, developing and maintaining performance dashboards, and advancing provider onboarding and retention. The VP will also be tasked with ensuring effective communication with providers and staff, setting strategies for patient experience programs, and leading initiatives for provider and staff well-being. Additionally, the role requires the candidate to enhance internal and external relationships, implement population health management plans, and optimize clinical informatics and data analytics in collaboration with the CIO/CMIO.Applicants for the VP of Physician Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in hospital or medical group administration with a focus on a large physician group. Strong interpersonal, contract negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.
