About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Investment Officer and Comptroller to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a senior leader within the Office for Advancement and the Foundation, with a focus on organizational management, strategic planning, and policy recommendations. Key responsibilities include overseeing the fiscal operations of the Foundation, maintaining investment and cash management policies, and ensuring compliance with various financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with the Board of Directors, managing the Foundation's marketable securities portfolio, and providing executive-level support for special projects and capital needs.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 6 years' professional experience in accounting, financial management, and investment analysis, and prior supervisory experience. A CPA and CFA are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and portfolio management, as well as the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in achieving results, who is adept at multitasking and is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
