About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Sports Decision Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and promoting impactful sports property performance insights across various platforms. This role is pivotal in driving audience growth and fostering fandom for the company's sports properties. The Vice President will manage a range of reporting and analysis tasks, utilizing both local and national TV audience data, streaming data, and other relevant data sets. Collaboration with the Consumer Insights team and cross-portfolio Decision Sciences leads is essential to integrate performance insights with qualitative research and to understand audience dynamics. The role also involves strategic analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the presentation of findings to stakeholders at all levels.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of analytical experience, with a strong background in Nielsen methodology and streaming analytics tools. A deep knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for sports and related content are crucial. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with additional coding language skills being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent project management and organizational skills, and have a proven track record of building high-impact relationships. Experience in statistical modeling and advanced data science techniques is also desirable. The role demands a team-oriented individual with a collaborative approach and a commitment to contributing to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture.
