About the Role

The Company is seeking a Department Head/Chair for the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. This full-time, tenure-track position is at the assistant professor level or higher and is a key role within the academic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for various areas, including pre-doctoral education, advanced education, scholarly activity, and patient care. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role involves administrative duties such as departmental planning, budgeting, staffing, and supervision. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in academic leadership, with a D.D.S./D.M.D. degree or equivalent, completion of an A.D.A. accredited advanced education program in Pediatric Dentistry, and certification by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.Applicants for the Department Head/Chair position at the company should be prepared to contribute to the institution's commitment to diversity and excellence in dental education.
