About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Development Officer to oversee and manage the development activities for industrial and warehouse facilities in the Mid-Atlantic markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site pursuit, land due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction. This role involves leading a team of development management professionals, ensuring the delivery of the development portfolio, and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include driving innovation, managing the technical side of the entitlement process, and optimizing designs and contractor bidding. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in land development and/or construction management, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in a related field.
