The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the largest and most diverse academic unit within the institution. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to the liberal arts and sciences, capable of fostering a unified sense of purpose that spans the college and integrates with the broader university community. Key responsibilities for the Dean include developing and promoting a shared vision that aligns with the college's and the university's strategic priorities, supporting the excellence of faculty in teaching, research, and professional development, and leading strategic fundraising initiatives.
