The Company is seeking a Vice President, General Manager - Development Program to prepare the Assistant General Manager of Merchandising for a leadership role within the organization. This intensive program is designed to immerse the incumbent in the company's culture, people, client experience, and business ownership. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of luxury retail management experience, with a proven track record in leading fast-paced, high-volume sales environments and developing a clienteling culture. Key responsibilities include increasing sales, driving the selling and clienteling process, and ensuring the alignment of merchandise with local market needs. The role also involves developing and leading a high-performance sales team, coaching and mentoring managers and associates, and fostering a service and selling culture that exceeds customer expectations.Applicants for this role at the company must have an executive leadership presence, be 100% mobile with open availability to relocate, and be flexible in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
