We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Defense Paralegal to join our established law firm in Orlando, FL . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury defense and be capable of handling a high volume of cases while providing exceptional legal support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury defense cases
• Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Prepare and file documents with courts and other legal entities
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Manage discovery and document production processes
• Review and summarize medical records and other evidence
• Assist in trial preparation and attend trials as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Defense Paralegal
• Proficient in personal injury defense procedures, laws, and regulations
• Strong knowledge of Florida rules and procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
