Litigation Paralegal

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: Up to $45 per hour

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite), Contract to Hire

LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation with 3+ years of experience. This is a hybrid role, with a focus on Complex Civil Litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memos
• Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes
• Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses
• Maintain and update case files and databases
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and communication with clients

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with a major emphasis on litigation
• Possession of a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and corporate law principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
