Litigation Paralegal

Location: Seattle, WA (on-site)

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (willing to pay more for someone with senior level experience)

LHH is working with a Law firm in Seattle to find a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years to support their team of legal professionals.

This person in this role will work various areas of law, including but not limited to insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense.

Responsibilities:

• Case management
• Drafting pleadings and discovery
• Conducting investigations
• Interviewing witnesses and experts
• Document review and research
• Collecting and analyzing records
• Trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience in WA state
• Paralegal degree/certificate (highly preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with billable timekeeping
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil rules
