IP Litigation Paralegal

Location: Chicago, Hybrid

Compensation : 75-100k Base

A prominent law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support its Intellectual Property Group in Chicago. The role involves providing advanced legal support, managing case files, coordinating court filings, attending client meetings, and assisting in document review for discovery and trials. The paralegal will support litigation lawyers and assist in managing complex litigation cases, including case preparation, document management, legal research, and trial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents.
• Assist with discovery and document review.
• Provide trial support and manage exhibits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Pacer & Relativity
