About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Communications Business Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of communicators dedicated to strategic business and internal communications, with a focus on supporting the CEO, Chairman, and corporate discipline Executive Vice Presidents. This role requires the oversight of all executive, organizational, and internal communications, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging. The VP will also drive strategic communications for high-priority projects and collaborate with senior leaders to maintain updated corporate talking points and executive profiles. A key aspect of the position is the development of best-in-class communication practices and the embrace of innovative methods to enhance internal communications.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years' experience in communications, particularly in internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise, as well as a background in the hospitality business. Executive communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with senior leadership in fast-paced environments. The role demands a professional with creative problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and outstanding interpersonal abilities to build relationships at all levels of the organization. The VP will also be expected to partner with various teams to ensure the development of compelling and engaging creative and visuals for strategic communications.
