Overview: Singnala is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with product selections, order processing, and account management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the appropriate systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
