About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Business Development for Career Transition and Mobility (CTM) in the Northern New Jersey territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through a focus on both new business development and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in a sales environment, particularly in the areas of HR service solutions or related fields. Experience in selling human capital solutions to large enterprise client companies is highly desirable. The VP will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, meet revenue and profitability targets, and ensure that marketing activities align with sales priorities. Key responsibilities for the VP, Business Development include sales planning, direct sales, and professional development. The role demands a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to build credible relationships at all management levels, and a proactive approach to prospecting and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of coordinating closely with the operations team to deliver client projects.
