About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Business Development for Career Transition and Mobility (CTM) in the Northern New Jersey territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through a focus on both new business development and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in a sales environment, particularly in the areas of HR service solutions or related fields. Experience in selling human capital solutions to large enterprise client companies is highly desirable.
