The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join their mission of revolutionizing drug discovery and development. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving strategic business initiatives, managing partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities within the biotech sector. This role demands a dynamic leader with a strong background in deal structuring, strategic planning, and relationship management, particularly in the context of the biopharmaceutical industry. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for defining and executing the company's BD strategy, leading partnership and licensing processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of strategic alliances. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes, as well as the ability to generate and champion new high-value ideas.Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should have 10-12 years of experience in a similar role within a Pharma or Biotech setting, with a proven track record of negotiating and executing a variety of agreements, including licensing deals, co-development partnerships, and strategic alliances.
