A strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in business development, is essential, with a focus on sourcing, negotiating, and securing new management agreements. The role also includes evaluating properties, underwriting opportunities, and assisting in the acquisition process for clients.Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in hospitality business development or a related area.
