Salary: $120,000 per year


About the Role:


Altius Talent is proud to partner with a leading logistics provider to recruit a dynamic Sales Manager to join their growing team in Miami. This is a pivotal role for a driven sales professional with a proven pedigree in logistics or a related field. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, oversee a small but motivated office, and play a key part in driving the business’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships across the logistics sector.
  • Manage and mentor a small office team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Regularly review sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, ensuring the business remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong sales pedigree with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Miami market and broader logistics trends is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
