About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of special projects defined by the CEO, working behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and manage a wide variety of initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with an executive mindset, an ability to work on diverse projects, and a talent for developing efficiencies and improvements. The SVP, Operations will act as a thought partner to the CEO, deliver successful project management, and work on short-term, ad-hoc, as well as longer-term analyses and projects. Critical competencies include critical thinking, an executive mindset, and emotional intelligence.Applicants for the SVP, Operations position at the company should have a BA/BS with a preference for an MBA, and at least 7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an operating role within a high-growth technology business. Experience in SaaS is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in organizing and directing multiple teams. The SVP, Operations will be expected to be extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity, and have the ability to see projects through from ideation to implementation. The position also demands the ability to work full-time on-site, with schedule flexibility for critical engagements, and the willingness to travel based on business needs.
