About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing, executing, and assessing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall direction. The position is full-time and exempt, with a focus on making a difference in the lives of employees and their workplace.The ideal candidate will have a background in business or HR management, with a preference for a master's degree and HR certifications. A minimum of 10-15 years' HR experience, including at least five years in a generalist role, is required. Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems. The role demands a candidate with the ability to work effectively with third-party providers, and experience with benefits admin portals is preferred.
