The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for shaping and driving the organization's human capital strategy. The VP of HR will lead efforts in talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops a diverse and high-performing workforce. Acting as a key advisor to the executive team, the VP will also drive HR initiatives that align with the long-term goals of the organization.Applicants for the VP of HR role at the company should be passionate about building a compliant and engaged workforce. The position requires a deep understanding of employment and labor law, with a proactive approach to managing compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Industry-specific certifications such as SHRM and SHRM-CP are mandatory, and a strong understanding of human resources legal frameworks, particularly California-specific law, is preferred.
