About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for shaping and driving the organization's human capital strategy. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Industry-specific certifications such as SHRM and SHRM-CP are mandatory, and a strong understanding of human resources legal frameworks, particularly California-specific law, is preferred.
