About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Human Resources to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives related to employee acquisition, engagement, and performance. This role involves managing and overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations at both the state and national levels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' HR experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the healthcare, behavioral health, or wellness industry.Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess HRCI and/or SHRM certifications. Experience with ADP is also strongly preferred. The role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in HR management, particularly in a leadership capacity. The VP of HR will be instrumental in building and expanding the HR functions within the organization, making it essential for the candidate to have a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change.
