The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and benefits design, and will be a passionate advocate for employee experience, including a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of human resources leadership experience, with a preference for those holding a SHRM/SPHR certification. The role requires a deep understanding of financial institutions and a strong knowledge of HR-related compliance and legislative requirements. The VP of HR will be a trusted, hands-on advisor, and must be dedicated to building and leading an inclusive workplace. Familiarity with employment law in North Carolina and California is a plus.
