About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in the strategic development and implementation of programs that enhance the growth and development of the organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner in translating strategic priorities into HR initiatives, with a focus on maximizing the potential of the company's human capital. This includes leading a team that ensures the effective management of all HR processes, advising senior management on HR matters, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The VP will also be involved in various organizational committees and will have oversight of the company's learning and development, staff recruitment, and the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.Applicants for the VP of Human Resources position at the company should have a Master's degree (preferred) and 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, with a background in healthcare and M&A being a plus. The role requires a candidate with strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, as well as the ability to lead complex projects and deal with difficult situations with composure. Responsibilities also include developing and tracking succession plans, overseeing employee recognition programs, and providing guidance on corrective actions.
