About the Role

A minimum of 12 years' HR business partner experience, particularly within a global industrial manufacturing environment, is required, along with at least 3 years of experience managing a global HR team. The role calls for a leader with a proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, be adept at continuous improvement, and have the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
