Senior Account Executive - Healthcare As a Senior Account Executive, immerse yourself in a rewarding position where you serve as a crucial link between healthcare organizations and families needing urgent senior care solutions. Your role focuses on fostering growth through relationship-building, maintaining a steadfast commitment to helping families as they transition out of healthcare facilities. The objective is to guide families towards appropriate healthcare communities or in-home care agencies, ensuring a seamless migration influenced by empathy, efficiency, and expert advisement. Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work collaboratively across fast-paced environments to address urgent care needs by facilitating the right community or in-home care choices for families. Meet and exceed monthly quotas for patient referrals by initiating daily contact and follow-ups with healthcare facilities within your assigned territory. Strategically develop and enhance your book of accounts, elevating referral volume through targeted relationships and interactions. Execute engaging presentations and communication strategies to effectively connect with healthcare professionals, including case managers and discharge planners. Ensure each family is well-informed about their care options, emphasizing the seamless transition facilitated by your coordination with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors. Champion innovative initiatives by piloting new processes and providing vital feedback to enhance operational tools and resources, contributing to broader company objectives. Maintain active presence in the field, combining scheduled and impromptu visits geared at strengthening account relationships and capabilities. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred. A minimum of three years of outside sales experience, demonstrating a track record of consistently surpassing targets. Proven proficiency in managing and closing high-level transactions and fostering sustainable stakeholder relationships. Demonstrable skills in presentations and overcoming objections with tact and professionalism. Adept at navigating fast-paced and dynamic environments, showing resiliency and a proactive nature. Mandatory local travel availability, with adeptness in balancing various customer engagement approaches. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information to varied audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare or hospital sales highly regarded, with insights into healthcare processes and patient needs. Extensive knowledge and practical handling of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, along with MS Office and Google Sheets. Individuals who thrive on continuous learning and are eager to take on new challenges in a competitive field. Skills: Persistent and strategic networking capabilities to grow account bases and penetrate new markets. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market plans and adjust strategies dynamically.
