Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within your assigned territory. Actively generate qualified patient referrals daily by engaging with your market plan accounts to meet your monthly targets. Develop and expand your book of accounts, increasing referral volume and building long-term partnerships. Deliver impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders, optimizing follow-ups to reiterate value and drive results. Educate families on available senior care options, ensuring smooth transitions by working closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors. Implement, track, and refine pilot initiatives and new processes to enhance operational efficiencies and reach target quotas. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years of outside sales experience with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong track record of presenting to and engaging with potential clients, overcoming objections effectively. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced and changing environment, showing resilience and adaptability. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 100% of the week. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in healthcare or hospital sales highly preferred, showcasing deep industry insights. Demonstrated ability to innovate and embrace new sales strategies and technologies. Critical thinking and decision-making skills to adjust strategies in real-time for maximizing outcomes.
